Vancouver, British Columbia, July 29, 2019 - Blox, Inc. (OTCQB: BLXX) ("Blox" or the "Company") announces that, effective July 24, 2019, Kevin Thomson has resigned as Technical Director of Blox, Inc. The Company would like to thank Mr. Thomson for his contribution and services over the past five months as a director of the Company. Effective July 29, 2019, the Company has appointed Ronald Renee as Chief Executive Officer of the Company on a permanent basis from his current interim position.
