Blox Inc. Announces Confirmation that the Injunction dated 27th July 2020 is still active and in full effect as stated by the Court of First Instance in its judgement of 5th June 2025.
New York, New York – Blox, Inc (“Blox” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that in a case dated 5th June 2025 in the Court of First Instance, the matter was ruled in our favour as follows;

Blox Inc. Announces it has lodged a Writ in the Supreme Court of Western Australia against Kaba/Penta Goldfields Company Sau.
New York, New York – Blox, Inc (“Blox” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has lodged a Writ in the Supreme Court of Western Australia against Kaba and Penta Goldfields Company Sau. Kaba/Penta pleaded in the Guinea Court of First instance that the court had no jurisdiction to hear the matter because the Sale and Purchase Agreement of 15th April 2014 specified any disputes must be heard in the courts of Western Australia.

Blox Inc. Announces the Guinea Court of the First Instance confirms our Injunction of July 2020 is unchallenged and current.
New York, New York – Blox, Inc (“Blox” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Guinea Court of the First Instance confirms that Blox injunction of July 2020 remains unchallenged and current. As previously announced, in July 2020, Blox obtained an injunction from the Court of First Instance which prohibited any person or organisation from acting on the property known as Mansounia in Guinea.
